Every event, no charge

Your name on the menu

Every private event here gets a personalized printed menu, and it costs nothing extra. Your name or the occasion runs in script across the top, the dishes you chose sit beneath it, and one waits at every place setting.

A small thing. It is also the thing that turns a dinner into an occasion.

Event questions, answered

How many guests can you host for a private event? +
We seat up to 32 for a private dinner, with another 10 at the bar, and take 50 to 55 for a standing reception with passed hors d’oeuvres. Full buyouts of the restaurant are available.
How far ahead should I book a private event? +
A full buyout wants about a month’s notice. Smaller groups need one to two weeks, and sometimes less midweek. Regular reservations fill the book as the date gets closer, and once they are on it we can’t clear them.
Do you print a personalized menu for events? +
Yes, and there’s no charge for it. Your name or the occasion runs in script across the top of the menu, with the dishes you chose beneath it.
Do you cater off-site? +
Yes — we cater at homes and offices across New York, for 15 to 50 people, with three days’ notice. Send us the date, the guest count and where you are on the planning form below.
Can we bring a cake or our own wine? +
Yes to both. Celebration cakes are plated at $6 per guest, and corkage is $30 per bottle for wines that aren’t on our list or that come from your own collection.
